The Parish Diary is now set up as a Google Calendar and all public events of which I am aware should now be visible. If you have difficulty in viewing the diary please e-mail me at the address below.
The intention of this diary is to enable all those who organise services and events to avoid clashes of dates wherever possible; to make this work, please arrange for someone on each committee or council to refer to it before booking new events, and e-mail me with any new details. Alternatively, now the diary is set up as a Google calendar, I can arrange for others to be able to upload or amend items themselves.
Whilst I try to ensure the information is accurate, some reaches me second-hand and different sources occasionally disagree. No responsibility can be accepted for any errors, or their consequences whether posted by myself or others. The requirements of the Data Protection Act are that no names or personal information should appear unless agreed by the subjects. Therefore, where any names are mentioned or personal information is to be given please obtain the subject's written approval before posting. No information relating to minors can be added
Increasingly the churches in Witney work together with events and worship, and you may also like to consider whether you need to avoid clashes with the major items organised by, or in conjunction with them.
