Services at St. James, Ruscombe

9am  Holy Communion

   The 9am service is a quiet service, with no hymns except at festivals, and no children's groups. Readings and liturgy are taken from Common Worship and a sermon is preached.

6pm Evening Service

   A robed choir leads this more traditional service. The third Sunday of each month includes a celebration of Holy Communion.

Services at St. Mary's, Twyford

10.30am Morning Service

   The 10.30 service is more informal and uses contemporary music, led by a keyboard and microphone, with words visible on an overhead projector. Children's groups - TRAILBLAZERS - (ages 3-14) meet at the same time as the service in the adjacent hall and come into Church for either the first or last part of the service. There is a creche for the under 3's. Readings and liturgy are taken from Common Worship.

8am Holy Communion

   A service of Holy Communion from the Book of Common Prayer is held on the first Sunday of the month at 8 a.m.

7pm YES (Youth-led Evening Service)

   YES is a service led by the youth. It takes place on the 5th Sunday of the month (in the months that have 5 Sundays) and alternates between St Mary's Twyford and St Mary's Wargrave

Services at Twyford URC

10.30am Morning Service

   At the 10.30 service at the URC, there is a blend of traditional and modern elements. A good half of our services are conducted by our own Minister, with visiting preachers from nearby churches on the other Sundays. Services normally last about an hour
