Churchyards Ruscombe churchyard is still in use for burials for those who live in the civil parish of Ruscombe. Twyford churchyard has been declared full and is closed, but Twyford Parish Council manages the parish burial ground which is immediately adjacent, and those from the civil parish of Twyford may be buried there. Burials of Ashes after cremation can take place in either churchyard for those from the relevant civil parishes.

The parish's Pastoral Team, led by Paul Minton, supports those recently bereaved within Ruscombe and Twyford by visiting after the funeral. Pastoral team members are also willing to support and visit those in hospital, facing illness or with other kinds of personal need. All members of the Pastoral Team have received training in Listening or Counselling, and they meet together monthly for continued training and mutual support.

Daisy's Dream

Daisy's Dream is a service to help support bereaved children in Berkshire. Death is a normal part of life, but for a child the death of a close relation may be hard to understand. Daisy's Dream offers support for bereaved families and is supported by many local groups of people including the church.
