YOUTH PROGRAMMES

We welcome all children to our Sunday groups, whether or not they have any knowledge of our faith, and whether or not their parents attend Church. 

There are three groups according to age:

Little Sunday School for 31/2 - 51/2 year olds;
Early Birds for 51/2 - 10 year olds;
Seekers for those over 10.


Currently there are about 40 children on the register and 16 leaders who work on a rota basis. Sunday School meets on all Sundays during term time, except the first Sunday in each month. There is a crèche available for toddlers and babies younger than 3.

We use professionally produced material that is relevant to the different age groups, tailoring some concepts to meet the needs of children within the groups.  We are encouraged to find children thinking for themselves and sometimes asking very deep questions.  We aim to help young people discover for themselves that Jesus is very much alive and active in our world today.
