General Notices

WEDNESDAY FELLOWSHIP GROUP
meets at 8pm every Wednesday of the month except for the 1st Wednesday of the month. Please contact Karen Mason on 370169 for further information.
Summer Teas
this year raised the sum of £1,579.66. This would not have been possible without the splendid teams of ladies (and some husbands) who gave up their Sunday afternoons to serve the teas, and our bakers who produced delicious cakes week after week. Thank you so much. Peggy Harwood.
REBECCA'S MALAWI TRIP
Thank you very much for everyone's support last Sunday. My concert, Musical Morsels for Malawi, raised nearly £600, and I would like to thank everyone for donating money, cakes as well as giving up their time in order to perform. Thank you, Rebecca Smith.

FUND RAISING CONCERT in St Mary's Oct 4th
As many of you know, Olivia Buckledee has just returned from her World Challenge expedition to China. Working with the same organization I plan to go to Malawi next summer, and therefore need to raise some money. I have already raised £1300 by babysitting, cleaning and odd-jobbing, as well as organizing a raffle and stall at the Kidlington Gala day. The next big fund-raiser I am organizing is a music concert which will showcase the talent of some of my friends and teachers as well as the church choir. The concert will be in St Mary's Kidlington at 3pm on Sunday Octover 4th. After the concert there will be tea and cakes, as well as a retiring collection. Please come along! (Also, if you would be willing to bake a cake, please let me know.) Thank you. Rebecca Smith.
